Motivation
The complexity and depth of the human condition has always fascinated me. This is why I never hesitated to study psychology.
During my university years in Argentina, I studied classical psychotherapeutic approaches such as neuropsychology, behavioural therapy and psychoanalysis. This experience was very enriching and motivated me to choose the Gestalt approach. I was fortunate to be able to train in Germany, the birthplace of this approach, which is now recognised and applied worldwide.
During my studies in Germany, I worked with the Chair of Organisational Psychology, which gave me the opportunity to get to know the business world through our research work.
Over the past 25 years, I have had the privilege of working in the field of personal and organisational development in three leading business groups: ERGO Insurance, KPMG and the Volkswagen Group, both nationally and internationally.
The different roles and positions I have held have given me the opportunity to learn about different cultures and business practices, which in turn has allowed me to develop a broad and deep professional perspective.
In parallel, I have deepened my interest in psychotherapy through my private practice.
